Opening to Sisterhood
A Sacred Gathering to
Heal Old Stories
and Welcome New Ways
of Being Together
Does any of this sound familiar?
You’ve longed for deep, authentic connection with other women — yet old hurts keep you guarded.
You’ve felt the sting of judgment, comparison, or exclusion and still carry the ache.
Part of you fears being truly seen in women’s spaces — that you won’t belong, that you’ll be too much, or not enough.
You crave sisterhood, yet notice a subtle hesitation… a quiet voice whispering: “It’s safer to stay on the outside.”
If any of this lands, know you are not alone. These patterns have roots — in our personal stories and in the stories of women before us. Naming them is the first step toward healing.
This ache has a name: the Sister Wound.
It is the pain of betrayal, competition, and mistrust between women — woven through our histories and carried for generations. And though it runs deep, it can be healed.
Imagine this instead…
- Walking into a circle of women and immediately exhaling — knowing you are safe, welcome, and celebrated.
- Feeling your body soften as you release old stories of comparison and distrust.
- Discovering new beliefs about sisterhood: that women can hold, uplift, and empower one another.
- Leaving with a felt sense of belonging — and the knowing that sisterhood can be whole, beautiful, and true.
This vision isn’t wishful thinking. It begins to unfold when we gather with intention and courage — when we practice new ways of relating, witness one another, and allow the body to remember safety.
This is for you if…
This is for you if…
You’ve felt the sting of judgment, comparison, or competition from other women and want to release it.
You long for deeper, more authentic connections with women but hesitate to show up fully.
You’re curious about how journaling, visioning, and embodiment can help you shift old patterns.
You want to step into a safe, supportive circle that honors your story and your growth.
You’re ready to imagine and feel a new way of relating to women — one of trust, celebration, and sisterhood.
I know the tenderness of showing up for something like this. There can be doubts, fears, or stories about not belonging.
For years, I walked into women’s spaces with old soundtracks playing: “Can I trust them?” “Do I belong?” These beliefs kept me from connecting for decades. But as I began healing my own sister wound, my relationships with women transformed. I learned to trust, to be seen, and to build deep bonds that carry me through life’s ups and downs.
That is why I hold this circle: to offer a gentle, brave space where you can soften those old stories and step into a new experience of sisterhood.
Please know: all of you is welcome here. Nervousness is welcome. Curiosity is welcome. Your heart — exactly as it is — is enough.

This is more than a one-time circle.
It’s a taste of what’s possible when women gather intentionally,
and an invitation to step into a new way of relating — to yourself and to other women.
This is a complete, nourishing experience in itself — and also a gentle seed of invitation to the deeper,
four-month Circle Weaving program, for anyone who hears a yes in their bones.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this circle be recorded?
No. The magic happens in live presence. Keeping it unrecorded ensures privacy and creates a safe space for all.
What if I don’t think I have a sister wound? Can I still attend?
You don’t have to strongly identify with this language to benefit. If you’re curious about exploring new ways of being with women, you belong here.
Do I have to share out loud?
No. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to simply witness, journal, and move through the practices in your own way.
What should I bring?
Yourself, a journal, a pen, and a candle if you’d like. Wear something comfortable in case you’d like to move or stretch.
Who is this circle for?
Women who are ready to explore old patterns, envision healed sisterhood, and step into embodied presence and connection.
What if I’ve already done sister wound work?
Wonderful. This isn’t something we “fix” once and for all. It’s a living journey, with new layers revealing themselves over time. Each circle offers a chance to deepen, soften, and discover fresh insights.
