Journey dancing was fun and liberating–body, mind and spirit

Something in my body feels different today! A GOOD different. Could it be JourneyDance? I think so!!! I woke up more energized, and I feel parts of my body that were numb before class.

I had a lovely time dancing with you and the other women at JourneyDance last Saturday! You held a beautiful, non-judgmental space, and the music was perfect! Thank you for guiding us in such a calm and joyful way.

I participated in your Journey Dance session this morning. This evening, I still find myself still full of compassion and love for myself. You’re an old soul and your teachings are a gift to many. Thank you for learning so much and for sharing your knowledge with others. We are the fortunate ones.  I bow to you, Namaste.
