The Art of Creating and Facilitating Women’s Circles

Circle Weaving Mentorship Program

The Art of Creating and
Facilitating Women’s Circles

A guided path for women to embody their wholeness as space-holders and weave circles that nourish, empower, and restore.

There’s a quiet longing in your heart — a sense that life could feel deeper, richer, more meaningful. You’ve experienced busyness, surface-level chatter, and endless to-do lists, yet something essential is missing.

Circle weaving invites you to pause, to explore what it feels like to gather women in ways that nourish, restore, and awaken the soul.

You don’t have to figure it all out — you simply need to step into the path and trust that the wisdom is already within you.

You Don’t Have To…

  • Force yourself through surface-level conversations that leave you empty.
  • Keep spinning on the hamster wheel of work, caretaking, and endless tasks.
  • Carry the fear of being “too much” or “not enough” while longing to gather women.
  • Worry you’re not qualified to hold a circle because you doubt your voice or power.
  • Keep your soul’s longing for deeper connection tucked away for “someday.”

Even if you’ve been holding yourself back, there’s a part of you that already knows:

Your longing is valid, and your capacity for creating
meaningful space is already inside you
.

You May Already…

You May Already…

Have a supportive friend group but crave deeper, soul-touching conversation.

Facilitate groups or classes that feel surface-level and long for true transformation

Know the magic of sisterhood from retreats or workshops and want to bring it home.

Hear a whisper calling you to gather women but hesitate because you don’t know where to begin.

Perhaps you’ve felt that tug of curiosity or calling before – a whisper that maybe, just maybe, you could hold space differently, more fully.
I’ve been there too, standing at that threshold, unsure if I had what it takes.

This program guides you to step across that threshold — creating circles where every woman remembers her wholeness.

I Get It. I've Been There...

For years I played the role of the good girl — the perfect wife, mother, friend — and yet often felt invisible. I longed for a place where I didn’t have to hold it all together, be perfect, or accommodate.

Sitting in circle, surrounded by women showing up with raw honesty, I felt the cloak of invisibility slip off. Tears came. Laughter came. I felt seen. Heard. Held. Whole.

Now, my soul’s work is guiding women to do the same — holding circles where each woman — including the space-holder — remembers she is already enough, complete, and worthy of belonging.

When you step into circle, something shifts.

Suddenly, you can see what’s possible —
a life and a practice where depth, presence, and connection guide every gathering.
Imagine what it would feel like to bring that into your world…

Imagine This….

No longer having to hold it all together, but instead felt held yourself.

Gathering women in ways that bring tears of recognition, belly-deep laughter, and soul-satisfying belonging.

Your voice, creativity, and presence were enough — not just in circle, but in every part of your life.

This is what circle weaving makes possible.

What is a Circle Weaver?

A Circle Weaver knows that true power comes from presence and connection. She creates containers where every woman feels valued, whole, and held. She trusts her inner wisdom and invites others to trust theirs. Healing happens not through fixing, but through witnessing and remembering wholeness together.

A Circle Weaver is both ordinary and extraordinary — bringing her story, creativity, and lived experience into a greater tapestry of belonging.

The Benefits of Becoming a Circle Weaver

The Benefits of Becoming a Circle Weaver

When you step into circle weaving, it changes the way you move through life:

Bring depth and authenticity to your work -

clients, students, and participants feel the power of your presence.

Invite depth into relationships -

guide connections into nourishing, meaningful conversation.

Model wholeness at home -

your grounded presence ripples through family and community.

Infuse the ordinary with sacredness -

rituals and small practices anchor intention.

Step fully into your voice -

no more shrinking back; hold space with confidence.

Create a ripple effect -

the women in your circles carry that nourishment into families, workplaces, and communities, extending far beyond what you may ever see.

This isn’t just about learning to hold circles — it’s about stepping into a form of leadership that ripples through your life, your work, and your community.

Could This Be For You?

You don’t need to have it all figured out or feel a strong calling. This path is for women who sense there’s something more — a desire to gather in meaningful ways, or simply explore what that could look like.

Maybe you’re a coach, healer, therapist, or space-holder ready to weave circle into your work. Or a wellness studio owner wanting to deepen community. You might be a speaker, writer, or visionary — or simply a woman in a new life chapter — longing for impact, connection, and nourishment.

“I came into this experience unsure and overwhelmed with how to co-create without tension. Karen’s mentorship helped me to slow down and root into intentionality. I was able to experience real joy in gathering women together and feel more confident in my ability to hold that space with purpose and ease. Her presence – steadfast, generous and wise – made this feel more like an act of soul work rather than just planning.”

— Jill Jerome, Family Therapist

“Before this mentorship I often struggled to follow through on creative ideas. Through Karen’s grounding presence, gentle guidance and ability to reflect my intentions, I was able to connect more deeply to my own leadership and the power of authentic connection. I left inspired, reminded that my words matter and confident in creating brave, meaningful spaces. Karen brings such warmth, intention and depth – it felt like coming home to myself.”

— Abby  Diehl, Therapist

“Karen has a way of helping me see myself in a new light, learn who I am, and realize who I want to become. Her teachings and exercises take me to a new level of understanding that I could not reach on my own.”

About Karen Tasto

Karen Tasto guides women into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the communities they serve. A mentor, coach, and experienced circle-holder, she helps women step into their wholeness and lead from presence, authenticity, and heart. Through her guidance, women learn to create sacred spaces where healing, empowerment, and transformation naturally unfold.

Karen’s work is rooted in the belief that every woman already carries the wisdom and capacity to hold meaningful circles — and that when she does, the impact ripples far beyond the circle itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m a ________. Is this training for me?

If you feel called to hold and weave circles — as a coach, healer, teacher, writer, leader, or simply a woman in a new chapter — this program is for you.

I haven’t participated in a women’s circle before. Is this for me?

Yes! You’ll get step-by-step guidance, practice, and support. Many participants are brand new and leave confident in their circle-holding skills.

Is this training trauma-informed?

Absolutely. One session is fully dedicated to trauma-aware facilitation, and all practices are designed with safety, consent, and care in mind.

Do I need to attend live to receive its benefits?

While live participation allows you to fully engage, ask questions, and experience real-time support, all sessions are recorded. You can revisit the content and complete the program at your own pace if needed.

4 months is a long time. Do I really need that much time?

The program gives you space to learn, practice, and grow. Some start circles right away, others take time to build confidence. Either way, the journey is about depth, not speed.

How quickly will I see results?

Every woman’s journey unfolds in her own timing. You may feel small but meaningful shifts in confidence, presence, or connection early on — yet the deeper transformation happens gradually, as you integrate and embody what you’re learning.

I’m already busy. How will I make time?

I get it — life is full. That’s why this mentorship is intentionally paced. Each session happens every other week, giving you time to integrate, reflect, and let the inner work take root between live gatherings. You’ll find the practices naturally begin to weave into your everyday life, rather than feeling like one more thing to do. And if you ever need to miss a session, every call and resource is recorded and waiting for you in your private portal, so you can move through the material in your own rhythm.

Every circle you hold becomes a ripple of healing and belonging in the world.

It begins with one yes — your yes.
